Using this site

These terms apply to https://www.abusauce.com, operated by Abu Sauce Mocktails. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.

Quotes are quotes, not bookings

Submitting the quote request form does not book your date and does not create a contract. Quotes are based on the guest count, serving time and travel distance you tell us, and are valid for the event described. Your date is only held once we have confirmed it with you and received a deposit.

Deposits, payment and cancellation

• A deposit is required to hold a date. The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied to a future event with us.
• If circumstances outside your control affect your event, talk to us — we will discuss a refund case by case.
• We accept cash, credit card, check, Zelle and Venmo. Balances are due as set out in your booking confirmation.

What we serve

Abu Sauce Mocktails is a strictly non-alcoholic mobile bar. We do not serve alcohol at any event, and we will not add alcohol to our drinks or permit guests to do so at our bar. Our syrups are halal and alcohol-free.

Our menu typically includes 8–12 non-alcoholic mojitos and mocktails and varies by season. Menus can be condensed or customized, including sugar-free options. If you or your guests have allergies or dietary requirements, tell us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate them; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Access, setup and the venue

You are responsible for arranging venue access, a suitable and safe location for our bar, and access to ice and power where required. We typically arrive 30 to 60 minutes before serving time. Delays caused by venue access, parking or load-in restrictions may reduce the serving time available.

We are licensed and insured and can provide a certificate of insurance naming your venue on request.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any event or booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
