Common questions
How much does mocktail catering cost?
Every quote comes down to three things: how many guests you're serving, how long you want us pouring, and how far we're travelling. Tell us those on the quote form and we'll send a number back — there's no obligation and no deposit until you're ready to book.
What's on the menu?
A full menu of non-alcoholic mojitos and mocktails, and the line-up shifts with the season. You can keep the full menu or condense it, and we'll theme it to your event. Everything is built on our own halal gourmet syrups — Refresh Mint, Dragon Berry, Cotton Candy, Coconut Chill, Berry Bliss and Gummy Burst.
Do you bring the mocktail cart to every event?
You choose. Most people want the lit Abu Sauce cart because it becomes part of the room, but we're happy to work your venue's existing bar instead. We also have other setups sized for tighter spaces.
Is everything really halal and alcohol-free?
Yes. We are strictly a non-alcoholic mobile bar — we don't serve alcohol at any event, and we never have. Our syrups are halal, alcohol-free and made in the USA. That's the whole point of Abu Sauce: one bar every single guest can drink from.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Reach out as soon as you have a date — popular weekends go early. That said, we're set up to serve your guests on as little as 72 hours' notice if something comes together fast.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully licensed and insured. If your venue needs a customized certificate of insurance made out to them, tell us and we'll send it over.
