A non-alcoholic bar solves a specific problem at a work event: everybody gets the same good drink, nobody has to explain why they're not drinking, and nobody has to manage a colleague at the end of the night. It reads as inclusive because it is.
We've poured for Mejuri, JD Sports, New Balance, Accenture, Arc'teryx, Google, Bank of America, Peloton, Rivian and PwC, plus universities including SMU, UT Dallas and Loyola. Grand openings, brand activations, influencer events, holiday parties, conference floors and office celebrations.
The cart can carry your branding, and we can print your logo on personalized drink labels. In practice that means a queue of people holding your brand at eye level — which is usually the point of the activation in the first place.

How booking works
Fill out a short form, we send a quote back, and nothing is owed until you decide to book.

Tell us about your event
Fill out the short form: date, city, rough guest count and what kind of event it is. It takes about 30 seconds.
- Step 2
We send your quote and build the menu
Pricing is based on guest count, serving time and travel. Once you're booked we work through the drink menu, serving window and labels with you.
- Step 3
We show up and pour
We arrive 30 to 60 minutes early, set up the bar or work your venue's own, and serve your guests for the whole window.

Common questions
Can you brand the cart with our logo?
Yes. We've applied client branding to the cart and printed logo drink labels for national retail, automotive and consulting brands. Send us your assets after booking and we'll handle it.
Do you work conference centers and hotel venues?
Regularly. Those venues almost always want a vendor certificate of insurance on file — tell us who to make it out to and we'll send it over before the date.
How fast can you serve a large crowd?
Fast service is the thing we get reviewed on most. We've served 250-plus guest events with no one leaving without a drink. Guest count and serving window drive the staffing, so put both on the quote form.
Do you offer nonprofit rates?
We do. We've worked nonprofit fundraisers, schools and religious institutions at a discounted rate — mention it in your inquiry and we'll factor it in.
