Abu Sauce Mocktails is a mobile mocktail bar. We bring the cart, the ice, the glassware and a mixologist to your venue in Dallas and only use premium ingredients and garnishes to create signature mocktails, mojitos, frozen drinks and specialty sodas for as long as you need us.
Most people find us because the alternative is bad. A wedding hands the non-drinkers a Shirley Temple. A corporate party puts out soda cans. That gap is exactly why Nour started Abu Sauce in July 2022 after two decades in the beverage industry — and it’s why the mocktail cart, not the open bar, is usually the thing guests photograph.
Whether you call it a mocktail cart, a mocktail bartender, a non-alcoholic bar or a zero-proof bar, it’s the same service: a staffed, alcohol-free drink experience that makes your event feel considered. We’ve now done thousands of events since 2022 across Chicagoland, DFW, and as far as Canada.

Grand openings, brand activations, influencer events and office parties. We'll put your branding on the cart and on the cups — brands like Google, Ulta Beauty and Audi already have.
Private party mocktail cart
Birthdays, graduations, baby showers, iftars and backyard barbecues. The lit cart rolls in, a mixologist works it, and you get to be a guest at your own party.

Dallas is Abu Sauce's second home — we've run a full DFW team since expanding out of Chicago.
We run a dedicated DFW crew: an operations manager and mixologists based here, not flown in. That's why we can hold a Saturday on short notice.
Dallas has no shortage of party vendors. We compete on arriving when we said we would, pouring fast, and drinks that aren't over-sweet.

Pricing is based on guest count, serving time and travel. Once you're booked we work through the drink menu, serving window and labels with you.

We arrive 30 to 60 minutes early, set up the bar or work your venue's own, and serve your guests for the whole window.

Do you serve all of Dallas?
Yes — Dallas and the surrounding area, including Garland, Mesquite, Grand Prairie, DeSoto and the rest of the DFW metroplex. Travel distance is one of the three things that set your quote, so tell us the venue on the form and the number you get back already accounts for it.
How much does mocktail catering cost in Dallas?
Pricing comes down to guest count, how long you want us serving, and how far we're travelling. There's no set package price because a 60-guest shower and a 300-guest reception aren't the same job. Send the form and we'll send a real number back.
What's on the menu?
A full menu of non-alcoholic mojitos and mocktails, and the line-up shifts with the season. You can keep the full menu or condense it, and we'll theme it to your event. Everything is built on our own halal gourmet syrups — Refresh Mint, Dragon Berry, Cotton Candy, Coconut Chill, Berry Bliss and Gummy Burst.
Is everything really halal and alcohol-free?
Yes. We are strictly a non-alcoholic mobile bar — we don't serve alcohol at any event, and we never have. Our syrups are halal, alcohol-free and made in the USA. That's the whole point of Abu Sauce: one bar every single guest can drink from.
Do you bring the mocktail cart to every event?
You choose. Most people want the lit Abu Sauce cart because it becomes part of the room, but we're happy to work your venue's existing bar instead. We also have other setups sized for tighter spaces.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully licensed and insured. If your venue needs a customized certificate of insurance made out to them, tell us and we'll send it over.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Reach out as soon as you have a date — popular weekends go early. That said, we're set up to serve your guests on as little as 72 hours' notice if something comes together fast.
Do you have sugar-free options?
Yes. We build the menu around your guests, whether that's diabetics, kids, or anyone watching sugar. Tell us on the form and we'll work it in.
Can you brand the cart for a corporate event?
We can. We've applied client branding to the cart and printed personalized drink labels for brand activations, grand openings and influencer events — brands like Mejuri, JD Sports, New Balance, Rivian and Peloton have all had Abu Sauce on site.
