Sauce Up The Ordinary.
During my 15 years in the beverage industry, I noticed at every company event, there were no quality options for me as a non-alcoholic consumer to have a delicious, refreshing mixed drink. Typically, venues only had soda, juice, or a super sweet Shirley Temple. I quickly realized that there were a lot of people, like me, that do not consume alcohol for various reasons experiencing the same situation.
My contribution to all personal gatherings has always been bringing new mocktails for everyone to try, so why not bring them everywhere else for all to enjoy? Fast forward to the launch of Abu Sauce Mocktails in July 2022, I thought I would be hired for only weddings/engagements, and now we have done hundreds of events—including grand openings, corporate events, and influencer events, ranging in location from Chicago, Dallas, to even Canada! And we're just getting started!
People often ask, why the name Abu Sauce? Well the ‘Abu Sauce’ name is a play on my last name (Abusaad) and “Abu” in Arabic means “father of,” and is also slang for “The Best At.” With my passion for beverages, coupled with my extensive experience in the beverage industry, I’ve developed some unique, premium, and great-tasting mocktails that I want to share with all of you! And of course, each of our drinks is served with a secret “Sauce” 😉

What does your menu Include?
Our menu includes a variety of 8-12 non-alcoholic mojitos and mocktails. These will vary by season.
Can I condense the menu for my event?
Yes, we can work with you on choosing and offering your guests a condensed menu.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! Our company is fully licensed and insured. If your venue needs a customized certificate of insurance (C.O.I), we can send one over to them.
Do you bring your mobile cart to all events?
Yes, but hosts have the option of using our mobile cart or the bar at their banquet facility. We also have other setups to fit various size spaces!
Do you have sugar-free options?
We can customize the menu to fit the health concerns of you and your guests! From diabetics to minors, our menu is fully customizable.
Do you travel?
Yes! Our current operations are out of Chicago, IL & Dallas, TX. We have also served in Canada, Tennessee, Michigan, Wisconsin, & California.
What if my event gets cancelled or rescheduled?
For cancellations, the initial deposit is non-refundable. However, it can be used toward an event in the future. We understand that some things in life are out of our control; in these cases, we can discuss a refund.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofit organizations?
Yes, we do. We have done events for nonprofit fundraisers and religious institutions! Please include that information in your inquiry form.
How far of a notice do you need for an event?
We prefer you contact us as soon as you have an event date, but we are flexible! We are equipped to serve your guests with at least a 72 hour notice.
When do you set up?
We typically arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to serving time. This allows for ample setup times, access to ice and content creation!
How does your pricing work?
Our quotes depend on a few factors. Mainly: the guest count, serving time and distance traveled. After filling out an inquiry form, we will provide you with a quote for your event!
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment: cash, credit card, checks, Zelle & Venmo.
How do i book?

- When you are ready to book, send a deposit
- Prior to your event, we will work with you on the menu, serving time, personalized labels, & other details!
Do you serve alcohol?
No, we are a strictly non-alcoholic mobile bar.
